Arj has spent more than 20 years helping people and teams perform at their best — from elite athletes competing at national level to local community members working towards better health and wellbeing.

Based in Bendigo, Arj brings a unique mix of sport, business, and community leadership to the Lifeline Board. He is particularly passionate about men’s health and has led successful fundraising events for Beyond Blue, sparking important conversations around wellbeing and resilience.

His high-performance mindset and commitment to community make him a valuable addition to our leadership.
