Digital Campaign Coordinator

Gillian first joined Lifeline Loddon Mallee as a volunteer in 2020.

Her passion, commitment and generosity as an accredited Telephone Crisis Supporter led her to successfully join the staff team in May 2021 as an Administrative Assistant, before moving into the Marketing Officer role in 2022.

Gillian is now part of the Fundraising team as the Digital Campaign Coordinator, where she leads the development and delivery of digital fundraising initiatives and online engagement strategies. She continues to bring her strong capability in marketing, content creation and digital communication to support the organisation’s mission and community impact.

In addition to her digital campaign work, Gillian has been a dedicated Workforce Planning Administrator, overseeing the rostering system for both Bendigo and Sunraysia and ensuring the smooth coordination of volunteer shifts.

Gillian brings a diverse range of experience and qualifications, including a trade certificate as a qualified screen printer and administration roles with The Bendigo Bank and Bendigo Futsal, where community engagement played a central focus. Her previous responsibilities included competition management, event organisation, community development, and marketing—strengthening her passion for connecting with and supporting the local community.
