Meet Lisa Renato

Lisa Renato

Chief Executive Officer

Lisa joined Lifeline Loddon Mallee in February 2021. She brings more than 20 years of experience running businesses—everything from hotels to professional services—and over 15 years on boards in the not‑for‑profit sector.

Before joining us, she was the Business Manager at LEAD Loddon Murray. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality) and an MBA from La Trobe University, along with a Diploma of Governance from the Institute of Community Directors. She and her husband also owned a small café for six years, including through the challenges of COVID‑19.

Lisa is deeply passionate about Lifeline Loddon Mallee. For her, it’s all about the people—those who reach out to us when they need support, and the incredible volunteers who give so much of themselves. Whether they’re Crisis Supporters, Retail Assistants, Incident Responders, Event Helpers, or Directors, they’re the reason she shows up every day and works to do better for our communities.

She’s also proud of our growing team, who stand beside her with dedication and heart. And she values the Directors who work hard, care deeply, and help our centre build the connections that lead to real change.

Lisa sees Lifeline Loddon Mallee as a strong, steady organisation—one that adds vital capacity to the national hotline, supports engaged and passionate volunteers, and is recognised and backed by our community. She believes in our partnerships with local businesses, our relationships with smaller towns, and our role as a trusted source of connection and support during tough times in the Loddon Mallee.
