Carlie leads Lifeline Loddon Mallee’s dynamic fundraising team, connecting philanthropic opportunities that help grow and sustain Lifeline Loddon Mallee’s vital work in the community.

With over 13 years of dedicated experience in the charity sector, Carlie has driven impactful fundraising initiatives for small and medium charities, particularly working on system improvements to transform limited resources into meaningful outcomes.

Throughout her career, Carlie has shown leaderships to grow philanthropic support through various focus areas including stewarding Gifts in Wills prospects, building and maintaining relationship with Major Donors, identifying funding opportunities and fostering relationships through Trusts and Foundation, delivering Giving Appeals and developing Corporate Partnerships.

Carlie holds a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) and a Bachelor of Tourism, so she naturally brings a strong marketing and communications lens to everything she does. She brings a wide mix of practical skills to her roles and takes a grounded, approachable style and thoroughly enjoys developing strong connections and relationships through her work.
