As Business Manager at Lifeline Loddon Mallee, Stacey leads the organisation’s operational and business functions across multiple sites, including financial management, human resources, compliance, policy development, and day-to-day centre operations. Her role is pivotal in implementing Lifeline Loddon Mallee’s new strategic plan, ensuring robust systems and streamlined processes that enable the organisation to maximise its impact in the community.
Stacey’s career is distinguished by her strong leadership and strategic insight in not-for-profit and has introduced a raft of turn-key sales and profitability growth solutions across Australia having led national teams, overseen large-scale business operations, and delivered measurable improvements in performance, culture, and service delivery. She is recognised for her ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across all levels of an organisation.
